Event Details
Designed for Effortless Hosting
Every room is styled and ready for photos, and your booking includes the whole home, inside and out. Events are $150/hour with a 4-hour minimum. A $175 cleaning fee is added to each booking.
House Rules
- The saltwater pool, patio and lawn are all included
- Please treat the furniture and decor with gentle care
- Please keep music at a considerate, neighbor-friendly volume
- No confetti, glitter or open flames without our approval
- Please wrap up your event at the booked end time
Bring Your Vendors
- You are welcome to bring your own caterer and florist
- We coordinate set-up and pack-up times around your booking
- Use the kitchen for warming, finishing and plating food
- Ask us for our recommended list of trusted local vendors

Parking
Guests can park on site or on the street nearby, and we send the address and arrival notes once you book.
