By booking a production or accessing the property, all clients, crew members, and guests agree to abide by the following structural and operational regulations:Property Preservation: No structural alterations, painting, or permanent anchoring may be done to the French moldings, wainscoting, or walls.Production Footprint: All heavy lighting equipment and camera tracks must utilize protective rubber tennis balls or layout boards to shield our polished terracotta Spanish tile floors.Quiet Enjoyment Asset: Sarti Luxe operates strictly as a low-noise commercial venue asset. Amplified audio or tracking equipment must remain within our verified indoor decibel thresholds to preserve estate privacy.Liability: Creative directors assume full financial and structural liability for any physical damage occurring to custom furnishings, antiques, or architectural molding during their scheduled time blocks.
